I love this photograph. It resonates with the promise of the then industrial revolution and optimism for the future of U.S. made products. Ladies who sew. And enjoy it. I find it to be a nice image. No one looks like they hate being there, or are in undesirable conditions. Of course, it's only a picture... and I like to think that it was a positive experience.
